If only I was a daguerreotypist

This is my interpretation of what an image would look like if I was a daguerreotypist walking around the village in the 1830s documenting the every day moments!
A daguerreotypist would use a plate of silver-plated copper and polish it until he achieved a mirror finish, He would exposed it to fumes that made its surface light sensitive, expose it in a camera for as long as was he thought was sufficient, The image exposed to it will then be visible by using mercury vapor. The daguerreotypist will then use a chemical process to stop the light sensitive process then rinse and dry it, This images would then be mounted on protective glass.
The early cameras were big and boxy, and with limited shots, not like today with digital cameras that can take hundreds of pictures with one storage card.

Image taken by inventor Louis-Jacques-Mandé Daguerre is 1838. This image is one of his earliest pictures (daguerreotype) with people in it.
