Christmas by Candlelight at Old Sturbridge Village
I will be working at the Asa Knight Store this Saturday night during the Christmas by Candlelight at Old Sturbridge Village.
Last week I worked with Santa as one of his elves with Jean and Laurelyn. We had so many spirited-filled kids and adults come see Santa, and it still blew me away how excited the kids still are when they get to sit with the jolly bearded man. We have a new Santa this year at Old Sturbridge Village, Santa Larry and he was amazing with everyone that came to see him. He was so great with the kids and he had something special, a message, a song, a dance or even a fact about how candy canes are made up his Santa's coat sleeve. We had people come from all over, including a family from Spain. Their beautiful daughter was so happy to see Santa, and also happy I was able to interpret for her. ¡Feliz Navidad señorita ! I will be back working with Santa next weekend!
